Grinding disc Bosch X-LOCK R780 125mm K 80 for Metal and Inox is a round abrasive attachment designed for metal and stainless steel work. It fits grinders with X-LOCK mounting and M14 arbor, has a 125 mm diameter and coarse grit 80 for material removal tasks. The disc is built with ceramic grain technology for long life and supports high rotational speeds up to 12,250 rpm.

Advantages

The Bosch X-LOCK R780 offers durable ceramic-grain construction that increases cutting performance and lifetime under heavy use. Its X-LOCK compatibility enables quick and secure mounting, while the M14 shank and 22.23 mm arbor type ensure compatibility with a wide range of angle grinders. The coarse 80 grit provides efficient stock removal on metal and stainless steel surfaces.

How to use

Mount the disc on a compatible X-LOCK angle grinder with M14 interface and ensure the arbor fits the 22.23 mm mandrel. Secure the disc according to the grinder manufacturer’s instructions and check that the maximum operating speed of the tool does not exceed 12,250 rpm. Hold the grinder with both hands, apply steady pressure and move the disc evenly across the metal surface. Allow the abrasive to do the work—avoid excessive force that could overheat the workpiece or wear the disc prematurely.

Recommendations

Wear appropriate personal protective equipment, including eye protection, gloves and hearing protection. Use the disc only for the intended materials (metal and inox/stainless steel) and replace it when worn or damaged. Store in a dry place to maintain abrasive performance.
