Adaptador de cubo de veio de motor VRS Design DFP-MH2 para motores da série MiGE 130ST

The Motor Shaft Hub Adapter VRS Design DFP-MH2 for MiGE 130ST Series motors is a precisely machined shaft hub created to connect MiGE 130ST series motor shafts to couplings, pulleys, gears and other driven components. It provides a stable mechanical interface between the motor output and transmission elements, enabling accurate torque transfer and reliable alignment in motion systems. The adapter is intended for use where a compact, directly mounted hub is required to integrate MiGE 130ST servo or stepper motors into robotics, automation and industrial applications.

Advantages

The hub adapter is made with machining tolerances appropriate for industrial motion control and offers secure clamping to minimize backlash and slippage. Its design supports straightforward mounting to the motor shaft and provides a concentric fit to help maintain rotational accuracy. By using this adapter, installers can reduce custom machining time and obtain a repeatable connection between motor and driven parts.

Suitable for

• Mounting pulleys, timing belts and belt drives to MiGE 130ST motors
• Connecting gears and sprockets in compact gear trains
• Attaching couplings for direct-drive or servo-driven mechanisms
• Robotics joints and small automation axes using MiGE 130ST series motors

Key specifications

• Compatibility: designed for MiGE 130ST series motor shafts
• Function: shaft-to-component mechanical adapter for torque transmission
• Construction: precision-machined metal hub for concentric mounting
• Mounting: hub designed for secure clamping to motor shaft and attachment to driven elements
• Application environment: suited for robotics, automation and industrial motion systems

How to use

Position the hub adapter onto the motor shaft, ensuring the shaft seating is clean and free of debris. Slide the adapter to the required axial position and tighten the clamping screws or set screws according to the manufacturer’s torque recommendations to secure the hub without distorting the shaft. Attach the coupling, pulley or gear to the adapter using the matching bore or fastening points and confirm concentric alignment. After installation, perform a slow rotation check to verify there is no binding or excessive runout before applying full operating speed and load.

Recommendations

Verify the shaft diameter and keyway (if present) match the adapter specifications before installation. Use appropriate threadlocker or retention method when required, and follow recommended torque values for clamping hardware. Periodically inspect the adapter and fasteners for tightness and wear in routine maintenance intervals.
