Agrafador KS Tools 150.9660 peso 1,6 kg

The KS Tools 150.9660 riveter, weighing 1.6 kg, is a hand-operated tool designed for installing blind rivets in metal, plastic and thin-sheet materials. Its sturdy construction and ergonomic form factor provide steady performance for repetitive riveting tasks. The riveter is intended to offer reliable fastening with consistent clinching force and is suitable for workshop, maintenance and assembly environments where portable manual riveting is required.

Advantages

The tool's robust mechanical design delivers long service life under regular workshop use while the moderate weight of 1.6 kg balances stability and maneuverability during operation. An ergonomic handle geometry reduces operator fatigue and improves control when setting rivets. The riveter provides consistent grip and pull force to ensure secure joints in a variety of materials without requiring external power sources.

Suitable for

• Joining metal sheets and panels in repair or fabrication work
• Installing blind rivets in automotive bodywork and maintenance tasks
• Securing plastic components and thin-profile assemblies
• On-site maintenance and installations where portable, manual fastening is needed

Key specifications

• Tool type: hand-operated blind rivet tool
• Weight: 1.6 kg
• Construction: durable metal housing and mechanism designed for workshop use
• Operation: manual lever action for pulling rivet mandrels
• Suitable materials: metal, thin sheet, and plastic panels

How to use

Select a rivet of the appropriate diameter and grip length for the materials to be fastened. Insert the rivet into the prepared hole, align the riveter nosepiece over the rivet mandrel, then squeeze the handles to draw the mandrel and form the blind head. Continue applying firm, even pressure until the mandrel breaks and the rivet is fully set. Release the handles and remove the spent mandrel. Repeat the process for subsequent rivets, checking joint integrity after installation.

Recommendations

Use rivets and nosepieces that match the material thickness and rivet diameter for secure joints. Inspect the tool periodically for wear, keep the mechanism clean and lightly lubricated at pivot points, and store in a dry place. When working on safety-critical assemblies or high-load joints, verify rivet selection and joint strength according to applicable standards.
