Bosch Expert C470 discos de lixar

EXPERT C470 for High Speed Sanding of Wood and Paint. The Bosch Expert C470 sanding discs are engineered to deliver consistent cutting performance and long life when sanding large surfaces. Combining sharp abrasive grains and anti-clog technology, these discs resist dust build-up and retain abrasive power, enabling faster work and a uniform finish on wood, painted surfaces and other materials. Packs contain five discs compatible with common hook-and-loop sanding pads.

Advantages

The EXPERT C470 discs maintain aggressive material removal while reducing clogging, which extends usable life and reduces the need for frequent disc changes. Their construction provides stable sanding performance across large areas, helping to achieve an even surface and consistent finish. Compatibility with standard sanding tools makes them suitable for both professional jobs and DIY projects.

Suitable for

• Sanding raw and finished wood
• Removing paint and smoothing painted surfaces
• General surface preparation before painting or varnishing
• Use with orbital and random-orbit sanders that accept hook-and-loop discs

How to use

Select the appropriate grit for the task, attach a compatible hook-and-loop disc to the sander pad, and operate the sander at the recommended speed for the material. Apply even pressure and move the sander steadily across the workpiece to avoid gouging. Inspect the disc periodically for clogging or wear and replace when abrasive performance decreases.

Recommendations

For best results on large surfaces, start with a coarser grit to remove material quickly, then progress to finer grits for smoothing. Use dust extraction or adequate ventilation to reduce clogging and prolong disc life.
