Broca de martelo SDS max Bosch 2608900233 22 x 200 x 320 mm

The SDS max hammer drill bit by Bosch with dimensions 22 x 200 x 320 mm is designed for rotary hammers that accept SDS max fittings. It has a 22 mm working diameter, a 200 mm working length and a total length of 320 mm, providing the reach and cutting depth needed for drilling into concrete, reinforced concrete and masonry. The carbide tip geometry and robust shank specification ensure reliable transfer of impact energy from the hammer to the cutting edge while maintaining compatibility with standard SDS max chucks.

Advantages

This drill bit offers a combination of wear-resistant tip material and a reinforced shank that reduces breakage risk during heavy-duty drilling. Its dimensions provide a balance between penetration depth and stability, minimizing wobble in deep holes. The SDS max interface secures the tool in the machine for efficient energy transfer and consistent drilling performance in hard materials.

Suitable for

• Drilling holes in concrete and reinforced concrete
• Masonry drilling for anchors and dowels
• Preparation of openings for plumbing and electrical installations
• Professional construction and renovation tasks requiring deep, precise holes

Key specifications

• Working diameter: 22 mm
• Working length (effective drilling depth): 200 mm
• Total length: 320 mm
• Shank type: SDS max compatible
• Tip material: carbide-tipped for improved wear resistance

How to use

Select an SDS max rotary hammer compatible with a 22 mm bit and secure the machine according to its safety instructions. Insert the drill bit fully into the chuck until it locks. For drilling into concrete or masonry, mark the drilling point, start the hammering action at low speed to establish the guide groove, then increase to full speed and apply steady, even pressure—allowing the tool to do the work without excessive force. Remove dust regularly from deep holes using a blower or by retracting the bit intermittently. After use, clean the shank and store the bit dry to prevent corrosion.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment: safety glasses, hearing protection and dust mask. Match the bit diameter and length to anchor and fixture requirements. For reinforced concrete, consider using progressive drilling technique and adequate cooling intervals to prolong bit life. Replace the bit if the carbide tip becomes worn or damaged to maintain drilling quality and operator safety.
