Broca MultiConstruction Bosch EXPERT CYL-92608900602, 3,5 mm de diâmetro, 40 mm de comprimento

Bosch Expert CYL-9 MultiConstruction drill, diameter 3.5 mm and total length 70 mm with a working length of 40 mm, is a multipurpose masonry and general-purpose drill designed for use in concrete, plastics, steel, softwood and soft tiles. The drill features a cylindrical shank and is supplied in blister packaging with an Euro hole for display. Key design elements include a carbide tip, centring point and dust evacuation channel, and Bosch Centering Geometry for accurate positioning.

Advantages

The Bosch Expert CYL-9 MultiConstruction drill combines a carbide tip and centring point to provide reliable penetration and precise starts across different materials. Its dust evacuation channel helps remove debris during drilling, while the Bosch Centering Geometry improves aiming and reduces walking. The cylindrical shank is compatible with standard drill chucks and the compact 3.5 mm size is suitable for fine drilling tasks.

Suitable for

• Concrete (masonry)
• Plastics
• Steel

How to use

Install the drill into a suitable drill chuck ensuring the cylindrical shank is secured tightly. Select an appropriate drilling speed and feed pressure for the material: slower speeds for steel, moderate speeds for concrete and plastics, and higher speeds for softwood and tiles. Start drilling with light pressure to allow the centring point to locate the hole, then increase pressure steadily. Withdraw the drill periodically to clear dust and debris via the evacuation channel.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment (eye protection, gloves and hearing protection) and ensure the drill and workpiece are securely clamped. Do not use excessive force; allow the carbide tip to cut at the correct speed. For prolonged drilling in hard materials, withdraw regularly to clear dust and avoid overheating.
