Cabo de segurança FISCHER 85846, 800 mm de comprimento, preto, cabo de segurança flexível para bicicletas e trotinetes

FISCHER cable lock 85846 is an 800 mm black flexible security cable designed to secure bicycles, scooters and similar urban mobility items. The compact, lightweight cable delivers a simple physical barrier when paired with a separate padlock, allowing users to lock frames, wheels or folding mechanisms for short stops and everyday commuting. Its flexibility and length make it easy to loop through various frame elements and around fixed objects in crowded city environments.

Advantages

The flexible construction allows quick routing through frame tubes and wheel spokes, while the 800 mm length offers a balance between portability and reach. The black outer sheath resists weather exposure and reduces visible wear. Because the cable itself is separate from the locking mechanism, it pairs with many standard padlocks to match the required security level. The compact size takes up little space in a bag or under a saddle, supporting easy transport during rides.

Suitable for

• Securing bicycle frames and wheels during short urban stops
• Locking folding scooters when used with a compatible padlock
• Temporary protection of helmets or accessories to fixed objects
• Supplementary security in combination with stronger locks for quick errands

Key specifications

• Length: 800 mm
• Color: black
• Construction: flexible cable with protective outer sheath
• Compatibility: designed to be used with a separate padlock
• Weight: compact and lightweight for easy carrying

How to use

Wrap the cable around the bicycle frame element, wheel spokes, or scooter folding point and pass the cable end through the loop or eye before securing with a compatible padlock. Choose a fixed, immovable object such as a bike rack or sturdy post and keep the lockhead and cable elevated off the ground if possible to reduce tampering. After use, coil the cable neatly and stow it in a bag, under the saddle or attached to a bracket for transport.

Recommendations

For improved security, use this cable in combination with a high-quality padlock and consider pairing it with a secondary, more robust lock when leaving your bike or scooter unattended for extended periods. Regularly inspect the cable sheath for abrasion or damage and replace the cable if the inner wires become exposed.
