How to use

Mount the camera on a ceiling, wall, or pole using the included bracket and secure all cable connections. Connect the unit to a PoE-capable switch or injector via an RJ45 cable to provide both network connectivity and power. Configure the camera with the VIGI app, VIGI Security Manager, NVR UI, or the web UI to set resolution, frame rate, AI detection rules, and recording preferences. Position the 4 mm lens to cover the intended area and test detection zones and alert thresholds to suit your monitoring requirements.

Recommendations

For reliable detection and image quality, keep the camera lens clean and avoid placing the camera directly facing strong light sources. Use PoE installation to reduce cabling complexity and select appropriate detection zones to minimize false alarms. For extended retention, combine H.265 compression with suitable storage capacity on an NVR or network storage.
