Capacete de bicicleta HJC CALIDO L — cinzento/preto, In-Mold, 280 g, 58–63 cm, 4 aberturas de ventilação, ajuste SELFIT

HJC CALIDO L is a unisex cycling helmet designed for adult riders with head circumferences from 58 to 63 cm. The helmet uses an in‑mold construction to bond the outer shell to the impact‑absorbing liner, resulting in a lightweight unit weighing approximately 280 g. It has four ventilation openings for airflow and an adjustable 5‑step SELFIT fit system with a buckle clasp to secure and fine‑tune the fit. The helmet is offered in a grey/black colourway and does not include a visor.

Advantages

The in‑mold construction provides a balance of low weight and impact protection while maintaining a compact profile. Four vents allow basic air circulation to help reduce heat buildup during rides. The SELFIT 5‑step fitting mechanism enables quick, incremental adjustments without separate tools, and the buckle clasp offers secure closure. The helmet’s 280 g mass makes it suitable for day‑to‑day cycling where reduced weight is important.

How to use

Place the helmet on the head so it sits level and covers the forehead without tipping backward. Use the SELFIT 5‑step fitting mechanism to adjust the internal cradle until the helmet feels snug around the circumference of the head. Fasten the buckle clasp and adjust the chin straps so they form a V‑shape under each ear; tighten the chin strap until two fingers can fit comfortably between the strap and the chin. Ensure the helmet remains stable during head movement before riding.

Recommendations

Store the helmet in a dry place and protect it from heat. Inspect the helmet regularly for signs of wear or damage and replace it after any significant impact or if structural damage is detected.
