Conjunto de frigideiras Tefal G28191, preto, revestimento antiaderente Mineralia+, peso 2,1 kg

The Tefal G28191 frying set includes two non-stick pans in black with Mineralia+ internal coating, designed for everyday frying and sautéing. The set contains 28 cm and 24 cm pans that cover common portion sizes and support regular stovetop cooking. Total weight of the set is 2.1 kg. The pans are manufactured without cadmium, lead and PFOA and feature a cooking surface intended to facilitate easy food release and simplified cleaning.

Advantages

The Mineralia+ non-stick coating minimizes the need for added fats and enables quick food release, which reduces cleaning time. Two different diameters provide flexibility for single portions and family meals, allowing simultaneous preparation of multiple components. Even heat distribution across the solid base helps achieve uniform browning and reduces hot spots during searing and frying. Ergonomically shaped, heat-resistant handles provide a comfortable grip and safe handling when moving pans from the stovetop to plating.

How to use

Before first use wash the pans in warm soapy water and dry thoroughly. For everyday frying use low to medium heat settings to protect the non-stick coating and ensure even cooking. Lightly oil the surface if desired and preheat the pan briefly before adding ingredients. Use wooden, silicone or plastic utensils to avoid scratching the coating. After cooking allow the pans to cool before washing; hand washing with a soft sponge is recommended to prolong the non-stick finish.

Recommendations

Avoid overheating the pans and do not use abrasive cleaners or metal scouring pads. Hand wash when possible to preserve the non-stick surface and handle integrity. If storing stacked, place a protective liner between pans to prevent scratches.
