Conjunto de parafusos e buchas Fischer 538883

The Fischer 538883 screw & wall plug kit contains 20 metal screws with matching wall plugs specifically designed for reliable fixing in gypsum fibre boards. Each screw measures 65 mm in length and the recommended drill hole diameter is 10 mm, making the kit suitable for mounting into panels with a thickness from 20 mm and above. The components are supplied in a polybag for convenient storage and transport, providing an organized solution for on-site installation tasks.

Advantages

The kit combines corrosion-resistant metal screws with wall plugs shaped for secure expansion in gypsum fibre board structure, ensuring stable load-bearing connections. The 65 mm screw length allows for adequate embedment through fixtures and into the panel core while maintaining a compact overall size. Supplied as a 20-piece set in a polybag, the kit is ready for small repair jobs or targeted installations without the need to buy bulk fasteners.

Suitable for

• Fixing shelves, brackets and light fittings to gypsum fibre boards
• Mounting frames, cable clips and small fixtures on partition walls
• Repairing or replacing existing fastenings in panel systems
• Interior installations where a 20 mm or thicker panel is used

Key specifications

• Screw length: 65 mm
• Recommended drill hole diameter: 10 mm
• Panel thickness suitability: from 20 mm
• Material: metal screws with matching wall plugs
• Pack size: 20 pieces
• Packaging type: polybag

How to use

Mark the desired fixing point on the gypsum fibre board, then drill a 10 mm diameter hole to the required depth. Insert the wall plug fully into the drilled hole so its flange sits flush with the board surface. Position the fixture and drive the 65 mm screw through it into the plug until secure, taking care not to overtighten to avoid crushing the board or the plug. For repetitive installations, check each fixing after initial load to confirm stability.

Recommendations

Use the kit only in gypsum fibre boards with minimum thickness of 20 mm. Pre-drilling with the recommended 10 mm bit improves plug expansion and load distribution. For heavier loads or for use in other substrates, select fasteners and anchors designed for those conditions and follow manufacturer load ratings.
