ESI nEar i8 - Monitor de estúdio ativo de 8 polegadas (unidade única) - altifalante de referência bi-amplificado de 120W com woofer de Kevlar

Mixing on monitors that colour the sound or lack headroom leads to flawed decisions and ear fatigue. The ESI nEar i8 is a bi-amplified active studio monitor that delivers an honest, detailed reference so your mixes translate accurately to any playback system.

Who is it for

Home studio owners, content creators, and music producers who need a compact yet powerful monitoring solution with precise stereo imaging and deep low-end extension. This single unit is ideal for adding a centre channel, replacing a damaged speaker, or building a 2.1 setup.

Main features

• 8-inch Kevlar woofer and 1-inch silk dome tweeter for smooth, extended frequency response from 40 Hz to 20 kHz.
• Class AB bi-amplification: 70 W for the woofer and 50 W for the tweeter, delivering a total of 120 W RMS with minimal distortion.
• Rear bass-reflex port for enhanced low-frequency output and punchy bass.
• Balanced XLR and 1/4" TRS inputs, plus unbalanced RCA, for flexible connectivity with audio interfaces, mixers, and mobile devices.
• Independent high-frequency and low-frequency trim controls (±2 dB) to adapt the monitor to your room acoustics.
• Magnetically shielded to prevent interference when placed near CRT monitors or other sensitive equipment.
• Solid MDF cabinet reduces resonance and ensures a clean, focused soundstage.

Tips

Position the monitor at ear height and form an equilateral triangle with your listening position for optimal stereo imaging. Use the rear-panel trim controls to compensate for room anomalies—reduce bass if placed near a wall or corner. For best results, pair with a second nEar i8 for stereo monitoring or add a subwoofer for extended low end.
