Key specifications

• Diameter: 20 cm — suitable for single portions and small servings
• Coating: granite-effect non-stick surface for improved food release
• Construction: skillet design with flat base for even heat distribution
• Handle: ergonomically shaped for controlled grip and maneuvering
• Suitable heat sources: domestic stovetops (check stovetop compatibility if using induction)

How to use

Preheat the empty pan briefly on moderate heat before adding oil or butter to improve release and browning. Use wooden, silicone or heat-resistant plastic utensils to protect the non-stick surface. Cook at medium to medium-high temperatures according to the recipe, avoiding prolonged exposure to maximum heat to preserve coating life. After cooking, allow the pan to cool before cleaning and wash with warm water and a soft sponge; abrasive cleaners or steel wool can damage the coating and should be avoided.

Recommendations

For durable performance, use moderate heat and avoid metal utensils and aggressive cleaning methods. Hand washing is recommended to extend the life of the granite non-stick surface. If compatible with your stovetop, verify induction suitability before use.
