Grampo Bessey KRE60-2K multicolor

The Bessey KRE60-2K Multicolour clamp is a durable steel bench clamp designed for holding workpieces securely during woodworking and light metalworking tasks. It measures 300 mm in width, 200 mm in depth and 300 mm in height, and delivers reliable clamping force for a range of workshop applications. Its compact footprint and sturdy construction make it suitable for tasks that require stable, repeatable workholding on benches, jigs or portable work surfaces.

Advantages

The clamp’s steel construction ensures long-term durability and resistance to deformation under load. Its multicolour finish aids quick visual identification among tools and accessories. The dimensions provide a balance between clamping capacity and space efficiency, allowing secure holding of small to medium-sized components. The unit is designed for straightforward setup and consistent pressure distribution across the clamped material.

Suitable for

• Woodworking tasks such as gluing, routing and assembly of panels and small parts
• Light metalworking and fabrication tasks requiring fixed positioning
• Bench-mounted operations, fixtures and jigs in home or professional workshops
• Repair and maintenance work where stable holding of components is needed

Key specifications

• Construction material: steel
• Overall width: 300 mm
• Overall depth: 200 mm
• Overall height: 300 mm
• Finish: multicolour
• Intended use: clamping and holding for woodworking and light metalworking

How to use

Position the clamp on a stable workbench or fixture and align the jaws with the workpiece so the clamping surfaces contact the material evenly. Tighten the clamp to the required holding force while monitoring the material to avoid overcompression. For glue-ups, ensure even pressure across the glued joint and allow sufficient curing time before releasing the clamp. For metalworking, confirm the component is properly supported to prevent bending or movement when machining or fastening.

Recommendations

Maintain the clamp by keeping contact surfaces clean and free of debris. Inspect the steel components periodically for signs of wear or damage and avoid exposing the clamp to corrosive environments. Use protective pads or sacrificial pieces when clamping delicate finishes to prevent surface marring.
