HPE Aruba AP-635 (RW) Tri-Band Wi-Fi 6E Access Point, 4x4:4 MIMO, 2x2.5GbE, PoE+, antenas internas, Campus

The HPE Aruba AP-635 (RW) stands apart from typical enterprise access points by delivering tri-band Wi-Fi 6E with a dedicated 6 GHz radio, unlocking 1200 MHz of clean spectrum for congestion-free, high-density deployments. Its 4x4:4 MIMO across all three bands pushes aggregate throughput up to 10.75 Gbps, while dual 2.5GbE ports ensure wired backhaul never bottlenecks wireless performance. Purpose-built for campus environments, this access point combines future-ready connectivity with robust security and flexible management.

Highlights

• Tri-band Wi-Fi 6E (802.11ax) with 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz, and 6 GHz radios
• 4x4:4 MIMO on each band for maximum spatial efficiency
• Aggregate data rate up to 10.75 Gbps for demanding applications
• Two 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet ports with PoE+ (802.3at) or PoE++ (802.3bt) support
• Integrated Bluetooth 5.0 and Zigbee for IoT connectivity
• WPA3 and Enhanced Open security for enterprise-grade protection

In daily use

Deploying the AP-635 in a campus setting means seamless roaming for thousands of devices, from lecture halls to outdoor quads. The 6 GHz band eliminates interference from legacy Wi-Fi, ensuring latency-sensitive applications like video conferencing and AR/VR run smoothly. IT teams can manage the AP via Aruba Central or AirWave, with zero-touch provisioning and real-time analytics. The internal omni-directional antennas provide consistent coverage, and the compact design blends into ceilings or walls (mount kit sold separately).
