Racor Corsair CX-9052001-WW

CORSAIR Hydro X Series XF Hardline Fittings (model CX-9052001-WW) are brass fittings designed for rigid-tubing custom PC liquid-cooling systems. This pack contains four black fittings with a 1.2 cm diameter and a double O-ring compression seal for secure connections. The fittings have a durable finish suitable for visible hardline loops and are part of the Hydro X range of cooling components.

Advantages

Made from high-quality brass with a durable black finish, these fittings provide reliable corrosion resistance and mechanical strength. The double O-ring compression seal enhances leak protection and ensures a tight, long-lasting connection in hardline setups. Supplied as a set of four, they simplify installation for common loop configurations.

Suitable for

• Custom PC liquid-cooling loops with rigid tubing
• Hardline cooling installations where visible fittings require a clean finish
• Upgrades or replacements of existing brass compression fittings

How to use

Prepare rigid tubing to the specified length and square-cut the ends. Slide the compression components onto the tube, insert the tube into the fitting until it seats against the stop, then tighten the compression collar to compress the O-rings and secure the joint. Verify each connection visually and perform a pressure or leak test with coolant before regular operation.

Recommendations

Use compatible hardline tubing and avoid over-tightening the compression collar to prevent damage to the O-rings. Inspect O-rings periodically and replace them if signs of wear or deformation appear. When mixing finishes in a visible loop, plan placement for consistent aesthetics.
