How to use

Charge the included 2200 mAh lithium‑ion battery using the supplied charger or via the USB‑C port and AC adapter before first use. Power the radio on with the on/off switch, select the desired operating mode (DMR or FM) and tune to the required VHF or UHF channel for two‑way communication; use AIRBAND receive to monitor 108–136 MHz AM transmissions. When using DMR mode, enable GPS/APRS functions if position reporting is needed. Follow the user manual for programming channels, setting radio IDs, and configuring digital parameters.

Recommendations

Avoid exposing the radio to water and moisture unless the specific model variant is rated as waterproof. For reliable operation, keep the antenna unobstructed, maintain battery charge, and consult the manual for correct DMR programming and local frequency regulations.
