Rebarbadora Bosch PWS 850-125 12,5 cm 12000 U/min 850 W 1,84 kg

The Bosch PWS 850-125 angle grinder is a compact, lightweight tool designed for grinding, cutting and surface preparation. Its 850 W motor delivers consistent power and a maximum idle speed of 12,000 RPM, while the 125 mm (12.5 cm) grinding disc diameter provides a balance between reach and control. With an overall weight of 1.84 kg and a narrow housing profile (approximately 76 mm wide and 104 mm high), the tool is engineered for access to confined spaces and extended use with reduced fatigue.

Advantages

The tool combines a high power-to-weight ratio and compact dimensions, enabling efficient material removal and precise control. Low weight and ergonomic design reduce user strain during prolonged tasks. A 125 mm disc size supports a wide range of abrasive and cutting attachments, making the grinder versatile for multiple applications. The motor speed of up to 12,000 RPM ensures effective performance on metal, masonry and reactive surfaces when used with appropriate discs.

Suitable for

• Removing rust and scale from metal surfaces
• Grinding welds and smoothing joints
• Cutting small metal pipes, rods and profiles
• Surface preparation of concrete and masonry for patching or finishing
• Sharpening and beveling tools and edges

How to use

Fit an appropriate 125 mm disc for the intended task and ensure the disc is correctly secured before connecting the tool to a power source. Hold the grinder with a firm two-handed grip, using the auxiliary handle where applicable, and position the disc at the correct angle to the workpiece. Start the tool and allow it to reach full speed before engaging the material. Apply steady, controlled pressure—avoid forcing the disc—to maintain safety and prolong disc life. After use, switch off the tool, allow the disc to stop completely, and disconnect from the power supply before changing discs or performing maintenance.

Recommendations

Use discs appropriate for the material and task; for example, coarse grinding discs for heavy material removal, flap discs for finishing, and diamond or reinforced cutting discs for masonry or hard materials. Wear suitable personal protective equipment, including eye protection, hearing protection and gloves. Ensure proper ventilation when working with materials that produce dust and follow local regulations for dust extraction or collection.
