Broca escalonada RUKO HSS TiN 6,0-30,5 mm

Step drill bit made of high-speed steel with titanium nitride coating, enabling drilling, deburring, and reaming in a single operation across a diameter range of 6.0 to 30.5 mm.

Advantages

The TiN coating provides a surface hardness of approximately 2300 HV and reduces friction to a coefficient of 0.4, allowing efficient drilling in steel, thin stainless steel, non-ferrous metals, and plastics. The self-centering point ensures precise hole positioning without a pilot drill.

Suitable for

• Steel
• Thin stainless steel
• Non-ferrous metals
• Plastics
