How to use

Unpack the sleeping bag and allow it to loft before use. For sleeping, loosen the compression sleeve, unzip the full-length two-way zipper as needed for ventilation and slip into the mummy shape, then adjust the 3D hood to fit snugly around the head and shoulders. Use the ergonomic foot area for a natural leg position. Store small items in the internal zipped pocket. After use, close the zipper, clean as required and compress into the supplied sleeve for transport.

Recommendations
