Tips

To get the most out of your chair, adjust the seat height so your feet rest flat on the floor and your knees are at a 90-degree angle. Use the synchronous mechanism to allow slight recline throughout the day, which can help reduce static posture fatigue. Periodically check that the castors are free of debris to maintain smooth movement on carpet.
