2-power 14,0" WXGA HD 1366x768 LED mate (2P-LP140WH8(TL)(D1))

For users seeking a dependable replacement panel that matches original brightness and colour without the premium price of OEM parts, the 2-POWER 14.0" WXGA HD LED Matte screen delivers a straightforward upgrade path. This panel uses a TN (Twisted Nematic) LCD with LED backlighting, offering a native resolution of 1366 x 768 (WXGA HD) and a 16:9 aspect ratio. The matte anti-glare finish reduces reflections in brightly lit rooms, while the 40-pin LVDS connector ensures compatibility with a wide range of laptops that require this common interface.

Highlights

• 14.0-inch WXGA HD (1366 x 768) resolution, 16:9 aspect ratio
• LED backlight for lower power consumption and consistent brightness
• Matte (anti-glare) surface minimises reflections and fingerprints
• 40-pin LVDS connector for broad compatibility with laptop models
• TN panel technology with 200 cd/m² typical brightness and 400:1 contrast ratio
• 60 Hz refresh rate and 45% NTSC colour gamut for everyday productivity

In daily use

This screen is a direct replacement for laptops that originally shipped with a 14.0-inch WXGA HD LED matte panel and a 40-pin LVDS connection. Installation is straightforward for technicians familiar with laptop disassembly: remove the bezel, unscrew the old panel, disconnect the LVDS cable, and attach the new screen. The matte coating is particularly useful in offices, classrooms, or outdoor environments where glare can be distracting. With a typical brightness of 200 cd/m² and a contrast ratio of 400:1, text remains readable and images are clear for general computing tasks such as web browsing, document editing, and video conferencing. The TN panel offers fast response times, which is adequate for casual video playback, though viewing angles are narrower compared to IPS panels—ideal for single-user scenarios. The LED backlight not only provides even illumination but also contributes to lower energy use and longer lifespan compared to older CCFL-backlit screens.
