Why choose it

This battery is built with high-quality Li-ion cells and includes a full set of safety protections. The 90 Wh capacity matches the original specification, so you can expect similar runtime under the same workload. The pack is manufactured to fit the ThinkPad P series chassis precisely, with the same connector and locking mechanism as the original. Because it is a replacement part, you avoid the inflated price of an OEM battery while still getting reliable performance.

Ideal use cases

• Field engineers and technicians who need all-day battery life for diagnostics and data collection.
• Students and professionals who move between classrooms, libraries, and coffee shops.
• Anyone whose original battery has degraded and wants to extend the life of their ThinkPad P50/P51/P70/P71.
• IT departments maintaining a fleet of ThinkPad workstations and needing cost-effective spare batteries.

Good to know

Before ordering, confirm your laptop model and original battery part number. This battery is compatible only with the Lenovo ThinkPad P50, P51, P70, and P71 series. It is not compatible with other ThinkPad models. The battery is new and comes with a standard warranty from 2-Power. For best results, fully charge and discharge the battery a few times after installation to calibrate the power meter.
