3M FUTURO 47863 cotoveleira L

The 3M FUTURO 47863 Elbow Support Size L is an elastic, low-profile sleeve designed to support and stabilise the elbow joint. It features dual gel pressure pads and an adjustable compression strap to deliver targeted pressure to sore tendons while allowing a natural range of motion. Breathable, dual-stretch material ensures comfort for prolonged wear and the sleeve is easy to put on and take off. The product is supplied in a box for convenient storage.

Advantages

The adjustable compression strap permits a customised fit and support level. Dual gel pads provide focused pressure on affected areas to help relieve discomfort in the elbow and forearm. Dual-stretch fabric is soft and breathable, offering a comfortable, low-profile fit that can be worn under clothing and during activities without restricting movement.

Suitable for

• Managing tendinopathy or overuse soreness in the elbow (e.g., tennis or golfer’s elbow)
• Providing additional support during rehabilitation after minor elbow strains
• Wearing during sports, gardening, or repetitive arm tasks
• Everyday use when mild compression and targeted pressure are helpful

How to use

Slide the sleeve over the hand and up onto the elbow so the gel pads sit over the tender areas of the forearm or elbow. Adjust the compression strap until the desired level of support and pressure is achieved. Ensure the sleeve allows comfortable bending of the elbow and does not cause numbness or excessive restriction. Remove the support if irritation occurs and consult a healthcare professional if symptoms persist.

Recommendations

For best results, wear the elbow support during activities that provoke discomfort and periodically at rest to help manage symptoms. Clean according to manufacturer instructions before first use and as needed; avoid excessive heat when washing or drying to preserve the elastic and gel components.
