Advantages

The steel construction offers high tensile strength and long-term durability while the stainless finish provides good corrosion resistance. Each tie features a self-locking ball lock for quick, reliable fastening. The compact 300 mm length and 7.9 mm width make them suitable for tight routing and neat cable management.

Suitable for

• Securing single cables and wires
• Bundling tubes and hoses
• Industrial and outdoor cable routing
• Areas requiring corrosion- and heat-resistant fasteners

How to use

Insert the tail of the cable tie through the head and pull until the bundle is secured around cables, wires or tubes. The self-locking ball lock will hold the tie in place. For consistent tension and neat trimming, use a compatible stainless steel cable tie installation tool; this simplifies tightening and cutting off excess material.

Recommendations

Choose the appropriate tie length and apply moderate tension to avoid damaging cable insulation. For outdoor or corrosive environments, verify compatibility of stainless steel with surrounding materials and use an installation tool to ensure even tension and a clean cut.
