These DeLOCK stainless steel cable ties provide a durable and space-saving solution for bundling cables, wires and tubes. Made of steel and finished in black, each 400 mm long, 7.9 mm wide tie offers high tensile strength and resistance to heat and corrosion for demanding indoor and outdoor applications.

Advantages

The stainless steel construction ensures excellent tensile strength and long-term corrosion resistance. The black finish reduces visibility in installations. A self-locking ball lock enables reliable fastening, and the narrow profile allows compact bundling of single cables and tubes.

Suitable for

• Securing electrical cables and wire looms
• Bundling tubing and hoses
• Outdoor and industrial environments requiring corrosion-resistant fasteners
• Applications needing compact, space-saving cable management

How to use

Insert the tail of the cable tie through the self-locking ball lock and pull to tighten around the bundle until the required tension is reached. Trim any excess tail for a neat finish. For repeated or precise tensioning, use a suitable stainless steel cable tie installation tool to cut and tension the tie to the desired specification.

Recommendations

Choose an appropriate tension setting or installation tool to avoid over-tightening, which can damage cables or tubes. For outdoor or corrosive environments, confirm the stainless steel grade meets your application requirements.
