Abraçadeira para tubos Fischer BSM 1,6 cm

The Fischer BSM Pipe Clamp with a clamp opening of 1.6 cm is a metallic fastening solution designed to secure small-diameter pipes and conduits in place. Supplied in packs of 50 pieces, this clamp combines a simple, robust design with corrosion-resistant metal suitable for indoor and protected outdoor installations. The product is intended for reliable mechanical support of plumbing, heating, ventilation and electrical conduit runs where a compact clamp profile is required.

Advantages

The metal construction provides mechanical strength and dimensional stability under load. Its 1.6 cm clamp opening accommodates standard small pipes and tubes while keeping the profile compact. Supplied in multi-packs of 50, it reduces handling time on site and ensures consistent fastening performance across multiple fixtures. The clamp design enables secure pipe retention with minimal movement and straightforward installation with common screws or anchors.

Suitable for

• Securing small-diameter plumbing pipes
• Fixing heating system lines and return pipes
• Fastening electrical conduits and cable ducts
• General mechanical support for light industrial piping

Key specifications

• Clamp opening: 1.6 cm
• Material: metallic construction (corrosion-resistant finish)
• Pack quantity: 50 pieces per package
• Profile: compact ring-style pipe clamp suitable for small pipes
• Mounting: designed for screw or anchor fixation to solid substrates

How to use

Position the clamp around the pipe at the required support interval and mark the mounting hole on the installation surface. Select appropriate screws or anchors for the substrate material and drill pilot holes if necessary. Place the clamp over the pipe and align the hole with the prepared fixing, then insert and tighten the screw to secure the clamp. Maintain recommended support spacing consistent with the pipe material and application to prevent sagging or stress on pipe joints.

Recommendations

For long-term installations, choose screws or anchors compatible with the substrate and, where required, use corrosion-resistant fasteners to match the clamp's finish. Avoid over-tightening the fixing screw to prevent deformation of the clamp or damage to the pipe; tighten until the pipe is held firmly without visible compression. Inspect installed clamps periodically for signs of corrosion or loosening, especially in humid or aggressive environments.
