Advantages

These stainless steel cable ties provide high mechanical strength and reliable holding power, along with excellent resistance to heat and corrosion. The black coating improves appearance and adds an additional protective layer. The self-locking ball lock enables quick, tool-assisted or hand installation and maintains a secure grip under load.

Suitable for

• Bundling and securing electrical cables and wires
• Fixing hoses and tubes in industrial environments
• Outdoor installations exposed to weather or corrosive conditions
• Applications requiring high tensile strength and heat resistance

How to use

Insert the tail of the cable tie through the self-locking ball lock and pull until the desired tension is reached around the bundle. For consistent results and easier tightening, use a dedicated stainless steel cable tie installation tool; this also allows controlled tensioning and trimming of the excess tail. Ensure the tie is seated correctly in the lock before finalizing the installation.

Recommendations

When used outdoors or in corrosive environments, verify compatibility with the specific chemicals and operating temperatures. For applications requiring precise tension values, use a tensioning tool designed for stainless steel ties to avoid over-tightening and potential damage to cables or components.
