The parts are intended for applications that require durable metal components for mounting and structural support within electrical and electronic cabinets.

Advantages

Made from steel with a silver finish, the accessory provides mechanical strength and corrosion resistance appropriate for indoor industrial environments. Compatibility with KL and AE series enclosures ensures straightforward integration without the need for bespoke machining. Supplied in a pack of 10, the product supports batch installations and spare-part stocking, reducing downtime when multiple replacements are required.

Suitable for

• Assembly and modification of KL and AE series enclosures
• Mounting and reinforcement of cabinet structures
• Replacement of worn or damaged housing components
• Stocking as spare parts for maintenance teams

Key specifications

• Material: steel
• Finish: silver
• Quantity: pack of 10 pieces
• Compatibility: KL and AE series enclosures
• Application: electrical and electronic cabinet assembly and modification

How to use

Identify the corresponding location within the KL or AE enclosure where the steel housing is required. Remove any damaged or incompatible components, then position the replacement housing so alignment with existing mounting points is achieved. Secure the housing with appropriate fasteners recommended for steel-to-steel connections, ensuring all fixings are tightened to the enclosure manufacturer's torque specifications. Verify mechanical stability and reassemble any internal components as needed.

Recommendations

Use protective equipment and follow local electrical safety procedures when working on live or powered cabinets. Store unused items in a dry, temperature-controlled environment to preserve the silver finish and prevent corrosion. For outdoor or highly corrosive environments, consider additional corrosion protection measures or consult the enclosure manufacturer for suitable alternatives.
