Acessório de cozinha Kenwood KAX720PL

Extract the maximum goodness from fruit and vegetables with this scroll juicer. It processes carrots, courgettes and cucumbers easily, handles peeled citrus fruits and can be used to make almond milk—suitable for lactose-intolerant users and for family use. A built-in pulp separator collects fibrous pulp that can be reused in baking or cooking.

Advantages

The scroll juicer gently presses produce to retain nutrients and yield high-quality juice. It accommodates a variety of ingredients including soft fruits and peeled citrus, and also prepares plant-based milk such as almond milk. The removable pulp separator gathers fibrous residue for secondary culinary uses, reducing waste and adding versatility.

Key specifications

• Suitable for carrots, courgettes (zucchini) and cucumbers
• Handles peeled citrus fruits
• Can produce almond milk and other plant-based milks
• Includes pulp separator to collect fibrous pulp for reuse

How to use

Prepare fruit and vegetables by washing and cutting them to fit the feed chute; peel citrus fruits if desired. Feed produce into the juicer and operate according to the appliance controls until juicing is complete. Remove the pulp separator to collect the fibrous pulp for other recipes and rinse removable parts after use.

Recommendations

Use the collected pulp in recipes such as cakes, brownies, falafels or soups to reduce waste and add fibre. For best results with almond milk, soak almonds beforehand and strain if a smoother texture is desired.
