How to use

Fit the wire wheel onto a compatible Bosch angle grinder with the X-LOCK system according to the tool manufacturer’s instructions. Secure the wheel with the keyless X-LOCK mechanism, start the grinder and bring the rotating wheel gently to the metal surface. Work with steady, controlled passes and apply light to moderate pressure—let the wheel do the cutting. Keep the wheel moving to avoid creating grooves or overheating the workpiece. Follow all safety instructions for personal protective equipment and safe use of angle grinders.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment (safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection and a dust mask). Check the wheel and grinder for damage before use, do not exceed the maximum operating speed specified by the grinder, and perform test cuts on a scrap piece to set the correct working angle and pressure.
