ACT 30 metros Cabo ótico ativo DisplayPort ficha DisplayPort - ficha DisplayPort

The ACT DisplayPort Active Optical Cable AK4033 (30 meters) combines multimode optical fiber and copper conductors to enable reliable DisplayPort connections over long distances without data loss. The cable is supplied on a coil, remains flexible for easy installation and features DisplayPort male connectors on both ends for high-definition video and audio transmission. It supports DP1.2a-compatible signals, HDR-capable bit rates and common HDCP versions for protected content playback.

Advantages

This DisplayPort Active Optical Cable transmits video and audio over a hybrid multimode optical fiber + copper structure, allowing long runs up to 30 m (and available up to 100 m in the ACT AOC family) without signal degradation. Aux and hot-plug channels are carried over copper for reliable link management, while the optical portion handles high-bandwidth data. The cable is plug & play and supplied coiled for convenient deployment.

How to use

Uncoil the cable and connect the DisplayPort male connector to the source device (PC, laptop or media player) and the other DisplayPort male connector to the target device (monitor, projector or AV receiver). Ensure both devices support DisplayPort input/output and compatible HDCP versions when playing protected content. The cable requires no external power or drivers and operates as a plug & play DisplayPort link.

Recommendations

For best performance, avoid tight bends near the connectors and route the cable with gentle curves. Verify source and sink devices support DP1.2a and 4K@60Hz 4:4:4 if you require maximum resolution and color sampling. Keep the copper-covered auxiliary lines free from strong electromagnetic interference for stable hot-plug and link management.
