Adaptador de teste Testboy TV 900 Type 2 para estação de carregamento EV

Electric vehicle charging stations require periodic verification to ensure they operate safely and comply with IEC 61851-1. The Testboy TV 900 is a diagnostic adapter that connects directly to a Type 2 charging socket, enabling electricians and maintenance technicians to simulate vehicle states, test protective devices, and verify wiring without needing an actual EV.

Who is it for

This adapter is essential for installers, service engineers, and safety inspectors who commission or maintain AC charging infrastructure. It suits anyone working with Mode 3 charging stations in residential, commercial, or public settings.

Main features

• Simulates CP states A, B, C, and D to replicate vehicle connection and charging scenarios.
• PP simulation for cable coding: 13 A, 20 A, 32 A, and 63 A.
• Error simulation: CP short circuit to PE and PE conductor interruption.
• LED indicators for phase presence (L1, L2, L3), neutral, and protective earth.
• 4 mm safety sockets for direct measurement of L1, L2, L3, N, PE, CP, and PP signals.
• Integrated RCD test button for Type A, B, and B+ residual current devices.
• Phase rotation test to confirm correct phase sequence.
• Robust ABS housing with IP40 protection.

Specifications

• Compatibility: Type 2 plug (IEC 62196-2) for charging stations.
• Voltage measurement range: up to 400 V AC.
• Frequency: 50/60 Hz.
• Overvoltage category: CAT II 300 V.
• Pollution degree: 2.
• Standards: IEC 61851-1, IEC 60364-7-722, EN 61010-1.
• Dimensions: 275 × 120 × 60 mm (L × W × H).

Tips

Always verify the charging station is de-energized before connecting the adapter. Use the RCD test function to confirm residual current protection trips within the required time. For accurate phase rotation checks, ensure the station is under load or use the adapter's simulation states as per the station's manual.
