Antena ShiverPeaks 80205MHQ 5,0 m M/F — cabo coaxial montado com conectores macho-fêmea

The ShiverPeaks Antenna 80205MHQ is a 5.0 m coaxial cable assembly with male-to-female connectors designed for reliable RF signal transmission and antenna installations. This fixed-length cable provides a straightforward link between equipment and antennas, useful when a stable, shielded connection of exactly five metres is required. The assembly is intended for use with devices and antenna systems that accept standard coaxial male and female terminations and where a durable, pre-terminated cable simplifies setup.

Advantages

The cable assembly offers a consistent, factory-terminated connection that reduces signal loss and connector variability compared with improvised or improvised adapter chains. By providing a ready-made 5.0 m link with male (M) to female (F) ends, it saves installation time and reduces the need for on-site connector assembly. The coaxial construction shields the signal from external interference and preserves RF integrity across the run length.

Suitable for

• Extending antenna reach between radios, routers or repeaters and mounted antennas
• Temporary or permanent antenna installations where a 5.0 m fixed-length cable is required
• Ham radio, commercial RF equipment, and network devices that use standard coaxial male/female terminations
• Field testing and site surveys where quick, pre-terminated connections are preferred

Key specifications

• Cable length: 5.0 metres
• Connector configuration: male (M) to female (F)
• Cable type: coaxial, shielded for RF transmission
• Intended use: antenna and RF device interconnection

How to use

Connect the male end of the cable to the corresponding female connector on the radio, modem or other RF device, and attach the female end to the antenna or the device with a matching male output. Ensure both connectors are clean and free of debris before mating, and tighten connections by hand until snug; use appropriate tools only if specified by the device manufacturer to avoid over-torquing. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends, crushing, or exposure to unnecessary mechanical stress, and secure it with suitable clips or ties to prevent movement that could loosen connections.

Recommendations

For best performance, avoid running the coaxial cable parallel to power lines or other sources of electromagnetic interference. Inspect connectors periodically for corrosion or wear, and replace the assembly if the shielding or connector integrity is compromised. Use weatherproofing methods such as tape or boots at outdoor terminations to protect connections from moisture when used in external antenna installations.
