Backplate para kryographics NEXT RTX 2080, Aqua-Computer, refrigeração passiva, modelo 23682

The Aqua-Computer backplate for kryographics NEXT RTX 2080 is a passive accessory designed to be fitted to NVIDIA RTX 2080 graphics cards when using the kryographics NEXT water block. It provides a rigid mounting surface that helps maintain PCB and cooler alignment during installation and contributes to passive heat spreading across the rear of the GPU assembly. Constructed to match the kryographics NEXT block dimensions and mounting points, the backplate supports a neat, stable integration in custom water-cooling systems.

Advantages

This backplate offers structural reinforcement to reduce PCB flex and to secure the water block more evenly against the GPU. Its passive thermal spreading improves rear-side heat distribution without adding active noise or moving parts. The design is engineered for compatibility with the kryographics NEXT water block and the RTX 2080 form factor, simplifying installation and ensuring consistent alignment of mounting holes and standoffs.

Suitable for

• Custom water-cooling builds using the kryographics NEXT water block on NVIDIA RTX 2080 GPUs
• Users seeking additional rear-side structural support for the graphics card PCB
• Systems where passive heat spreading is desired without extra fans or pumps

Key specifications

• Compatibility: Designed specifically for kryographics NEXT water block and NVIDIA RTX 2080 GPU form factor
• Function: Passive backplate providing structural reinforcement and thermal spreading
• Mounting: Matches kryographics NEXT mounting points for straightforward attachment
• Material characteristics: Rigid construction suitable for stabilizing PCB and cooler alignment (material details per manufacturer)
• Intended use: For custom liquid-cooling installations where the kryographics NEXT block is employed

How to use

Align the backplate to the rear of the RTX 2080 PCB so that it corresponds with the kryographics NEXT water block mounting pattern. Install the water block and backplate together following the kryographics NEXT installation instructions, tightening mounting screws evenly to avoid warping the PCB. Ensure all thermal interfaces and standoffs are positioned as specified by the water block documentation. Verify clearance with the case and other components before finalising the installation.

Recommendations

Use the backplate only in conjunction with the kryographics NEXT water block and follow Aqua-Computer’s installation guidelines. Tighten screws progressively and evenly, check for proper contact and alignment, and confirm there is sufficient case clearance to avoid stress on connectors or adjacent components.
