Controlador de ventoinhas Aqua-Computer 53166 — acessório preto para sistemas de refrigeração de computador

The Aqua-Computer 53166 poweradjust 3 (black) is a single-channel fan and pump controller designed as an accessory for computer cooling systems. It provides centralized control of a single fan or pump channel with a switching power output and a variety of inputs and outputs for integration into custom cooling loops or case airflow setups. The unit supports USB connectivity, a temperature sensor input, a flow sensor input, speed signal input and output, and an aquabus interface for connection to an aquaero 5 or aquaero 6 controller. The poweradjust 3 uses switching power supply technology to improve efficiency and reduce waste heat compared to earlier models.

Advantages

The device handles up to 30 W at 12 V DC in standard configuration and up to 36 W with an optional passive heatsink, with short-term peak tolerance up to 54 W to accommodate high start-up currents from pumps and fans. It offers programmable start-burst functionality to ensure reliable pump startup and can trigger the start burst automatically when speed or flow signals are missing. The ultra version adds temperature-controlled output regulation using an external temperature sensor, enabling precise temperature-dependent fan or pump control. Built-in electronics temperature monitoring and configurable alarms for temperature, flow and speed signal help protect system components from overheating or failure.

Suitable for

• Controlling single pumps such as Laing DDC and D5 models
• Driving high-power fans or fan groups on radiators
• Integration as an aquabus expansion for aquaero 5 or aquaero 6 systems
• Use in custom water-cooling loops requiring centralized power and signal management

Key specifications

• Single-channel switching power output (12 V DC)
• Continuous output power: up to 30 W (36 W with optional passive heatsink)
• Short-term peak power tolerance: up to 54 W
• Inputs and outputs: speed signal input, speed signal output
• Sensor interfaces: external temperature sensor input, flow sensor input
• Connectivity: USB interface and aquabus interface for external controllers
• Programmable start-burst for reliable startup of pumps and fans
• Electronics temperature monitoring and configurable alarms
• Form factor and finish: compact accessory, black housing

How to use

Install the poweradjust 3 inside the PC case or in-line with your cooling loop so that wiring to pump or fan, sensors and controller is neat and secure. Connect the pump or fan to the power output and attach the speed signal cable if the device supports RPM feedback. Use the USB interface or aquabus connection to link the poweradjust 3 to an aquaero controller or to configure standalone settings via supported software. For the ultra version, connect an external temperature sensor to enable temperature-dependent output regulation. Configure programmable start-burst, alarm thresholds and other parameters according to your system requirements to ensure proper startup and fault detection.

Recommendations

Use the poweradjust 3 primarily with pumps and fans within the specified continuous power range and allow for short peak loads during startup. If your pump or fan exceeds 30 W continuous draw, plan to add the optional passive heatsink or select an appropriate power distribution strategy. Enable electronics temperature monitoring and configure alarms for flow and speed signals to detect failures early. When integrating with an aquaero 5 or 6, use the aquabus interface to centralize control and logging for consistent thermal management.
