The Triton RMA-32-A68-CAX-N1 is a freestanding data and telecommunication cabinet with a 32U capacity and a maximum load rating of 800 kg. Designed for indoor use (IP20), the 800 mm deep, 600 mm wide grey enclosure offers welded, rigid construction with perforated skeleton rails for improved airflow and a variety of mounting and cable-management options. The cabinet includes adjustable 19" vertical rails, removable side panels and rear cover, and provision for fan units and cable entry panels, making it suitable for typical server room and network rack installations.

Advantages

The cabinet features a robust welded frame with 1.3 mm thick, widened skeleton rails for increased rigidity and a professional finish. Doors open nearly 180° with reversible mounting and hook-on hinges, while proprietary Tritón handles accept a half-cylindrical lock insert (plastic module not included). Breakout-type blanking panels and brush strips reduce dust ingress at cable entries, and a large removable opening permits external mount or removal of Triton fan units without screws. Additional options include castors, levelling feet, bases or heavy-duty castors with reinforcement.

How to use

Position the cabinet on levelling feet or an optional base/castors depending on site requirements. Install and adjust the 19" vertical rails to the required depth for your equipment; for deeper enclosures a third central pair of rails is supplied. Mount servers, switches and patch panels to the rails using standard 19" fittings, route cables through the breakout-type blanking panels and seal with the supplied brush strips or protective fringe to reduce dust ingress. If needed, fit Triton fan units using the large fan opening or order the special metal door prepared for RAx-CH-X0x-X3 units.

Recommendations

For installations with equipment loads above 500 kg, install the horizontal cable management reinforcement in the skeleton. Use the swing frame option for 800 mm wide cabinets when a front-accessible 19" mounting depth up to 330 mm and up to 150 kg load capacity is required.
