How to use

Mount the DIGITUS DN-96843M-OS2 housing on a suitable wall surface using appropriate fasteners and ensure the unit is level. Route incoming and outgoing cables through the top or bottom inlet grommets, maintain bend-radius requirements and secure cables to the internal routing points. Use the pre-installed LC duplex adapters and 2 m pigtails to terminate and test singlemode links, splice incoming fibers as required and manage excess fiber length inside the tray. Close and lock the front cover after work to protect the connections.

Recommendations

To preserve long-term optical performance, avoid tight bends and excessive tension on pigtails and incoming fibers.
