Barra de apoio Roadinger 30003200 — reforço de canto corner support para suportes e travessas

Roadinger 30003200 Eckverstrebung corner support is a metal brace designed to reinforce the corners of stands, trusses and temporary stage constructions. Manufactured for use in professional AV and event installations, the component increases joint rigidity and helps maintain alignment under load. The support is suitable for repeated assembly and disassembly in rental and touring applications and complements modular aluminium truss systems.

Advantages

The corner support improves structural stability at intersecting members, reducing deflection and displacement at joint points. Its compact design allows for easy integration with typical truss and stand profiles while providing predictable load distribution. Durability and repeatable fit make it appropriate for frequent use by event technicians and installation crews.

How to use

Position the Eckverstrebung corner support at the joint where two or more truss or stand members meet, ensuring the faces align with the mating profiles. Secure the brace using the appropriate fasteners or locking mechanisms specified for the truss system in use; check that all bolts and pins are tightened to the recommended torque values for the installation. After installation, visually inspect the joint and perform a load check before full use of the structure.

Recommendations

Use the corner support only with compatible truss and stand systems and follow the manufacturer's load and assembly guidelines. Regularly inspect the brace and associated fasteners for signs of wear, deformation or corrosion, and replace components that no longer meet safety requirements. For critical or complex structures, consult a structural or rigging professional to verify suitability and loading.
