Bastões de trekking Black Diamond Distance Carbon Z, haste em carbono dobrável, 120 cm, 280 g, 3 partes

Foldable trekking poles Black Diamond Distance Carbon Z feature a three-segment carbon Z-shaft that extends to a maximum length of 120 cm and weighs 280 g. The poles collapse to 40 cm for compact transport and storage. Designed for unisex trekking use, they provide lightweight support and stability on trails and long-distance hikes while helping reduce fatigue.

Advantages

The carbon shaft keeps pole weight low while maintaining stiffness and responsiveness. The three-segment Z-fold design enables rapid packing to a compact 40 cm length for travel and easy storage. Constructed for trekking, the poles offer consistent support and improved balance on varied terrain.

Suitable for

• Trekking and long-distance hikes
• Trail walking where lightweight support is required
• Travel situations requiring compact, packable poles

Key specifications

• Construction type: Foldable, three-segment Z-shaft
• Material: Carbon shaft
• Maximum length: 120 cm
• Folded length: 40 cm
• Weight (pair or single as per source): 280 g
• Color: Black

How to use

Extend the pole to the desired length and lock the segments according to the manufacturer’s folding mechanism. Adjust pole length for comfortable arm angle while walking—typically so the elbow is at approximately 90 degrees. Use the poles on trails to improve stability, rhythm, and to distribute load from knees and legs during ascents and descents. Fold the poles by releasing the locking mechanism and collapsing the segments until compact for storage or transport.

Recommendations

Use these poles for trekking and long-distance hikes where low weight and compact packability are priorities. Inspect joints and locks before each outing and avoid excessive side loads that could damage the carbon shaft.
