Bessey BAS Extensão de altura de aperto 60 mm, superfície de contacto retificada, sem placa de pressão de alumínio

Welding and metalworking often demand a clamp that can reach deeper into assemblies while withstanding spatter and heat. The Bessey BAS-CB10-6 clamping height extension solves this by adding 60 mm of height to compatible BESSEY clamps, paired with a hardened steel contact surface that is ground for a precise, durable grip. The absence of an aluminium pressure plate means fewer parts to wear or deform under high clamping forces, making this accessory a reliable choice for demanding industrial environments.

Who is it for

This extension is built for professional welders, fabricators, and metalworkers who use BESSEY GRS, GRZ, GRZV, GRZVO, GRZRO, GRZPV, GRZVO-K, GRZRO-K, or GRZPV-K series clamps. It suits those who need extra clamping height for tall workpieces, improved access in tight spots, or a contact point that resists weld spatter and wear. Whether you are working in a production shop or doing heavy-duty repair, this accessory extends the versatility of your existing clamps without compromising on strength.

Main features

Tips

To get the most out of this extension, ensure the clamp spindle is clean and free of debris before installation. For welding applications, periodically inspect the ground contact surface for spatter buildup and clean as needed to maintain a secure grip. Pair with BESSEY clamps from the listed series for optimal compatibility and performance.
