Bico GESIPA AccuBird / PowerBird / Taurus Standard 17/27

Standard mouthpiece compatible with GESIPA AccuBird, PowerBird and Taurus rivet guns, size designation 17/27. Designed to fit the specified tool models, this mouthpiece ensures correct alignment and consistent seating of blind rivets during fastening operations. It is produced to the dimensions and shape required for reliable interaction with the rivet gun nose assemblies used in maintenance, replacement and spare-part scenarios.

Advantages

This mouthpiece provides precise guidance of rivets into the mandrel path and reduces the risk of misfeeds or off-centre seating. The component is manufactured to maintain consistent contact between the rivet head and the tool, supporting repeatable joint quality. As a direct-fit accessory for the indicated GESIPA models, it simplifies replacement tasks and helps restore original tool performance without the need for additional modifications.

Suitable for

• General maintenance and workshop repair of GESIPA AccuBird, PowerBird and Taurus rivet guns
• Replacement of worn or damaged nosepieces in industrial assembly environments
• Stocking as a spare part for production lines that use GESIPA 17/27 mouthpieces

Key specifications

• Compatibility: fits GESIPA AccuBird, PowerBird and Taurus rivet gun models designated for 17/27 mouthpieces
• Size designation: 17/27 for correct rivet alignment and seating
