BlueOptics JNP-QSFP-DACBO-5MA Cabo de fibra ótica InfiniBand 5 m 4xSFP+ preto

The BlueOptics JNP-QSFP-DACBO-5MA InfiniBand fibre optic cable is a 5 m direct-attach cable engineered for high-speed server and switch interconnects. With a QSFP connector on one end and four SFP+ connectors on the other, this cable supports multi-lane data transmission and is intended for short-reach, high-throughput environments such as data centres and high-performance computing racks. The black jacket provides a durable exterior while the male connectors allow straightforward plug-and-play installation.

Advantages

This cable delivers multi-lane bandwidth by combining a QSFP interface with four SFP+ links, enabling aggregated throughput for InfiniBand and compatible Ethernet systems. The 5 m length balances reach and signal integrity for in-row and rack-to-rack connections. Its factory-terminated end faces and standardized connector types reduce installation time and ensure compatibility with equipment that supports QSFP and SFP+ ports.

Suitable for

• Short-reach high-throughput links between switches and servers in data centres
• InfiniBand interconnects for high-performance computing clusters
• Aggregated SFP+ uplinks from QSFP ports for converged networking
• Rack-to-rack connections inside equipment cabinets and network rows

Key specifications

• Length: 5 metres
• Connector type: QSFP to 4 × SFP+
• Function: Direct-attach cable for short-reach high-speed links
• Colour: Black jacket
• Compatibility: Designed for InfiniBand and devices supporting QSFP/SFP+ interfaces

How to use

Insert the QSFP plug into the QSFP port on a switch or adapter and connect the corresponding SFP+ plugs to the SFP+ ports on target devices or modules. Ensure both ends are fully seated and latches engage where present. Use the 5 m length to route the cable without tight bends; maintain manufacturer-recommended bend radius and avoid kinks. Power down or follow hot-plug procedures of connected equipment if required by the host devices before insertion or removal.

Recommendations

For reliable performance, route the cable away from sources of electromagnetic interference and avoid sharp bends or excessive tension. Verify that connected devices support the intended InfiniBand or Ethernet link speeds and configure link aggregation or port mapping according to your network design.
