Bosch 2 608 650 613 lâmina de serra tico-tico/serra de recortar curvo/serra sabre

The Bosch 2 608 650 613 jigsaw blade S 1531 L is made of high carbon steel (HCS) and features side-set, ground teeth. With a total length of 240 mm and a thickness of 1.5 mm, it is designed for cutting coarse wood, pruning green wood and firewood with diameters under 190 mm. Tooth spacing is 5 mm (5 TPI). This blade is intended for woodcutting tasks where a robust HCS blade with aggressive tooth geometry is required.

Advantages

The HCS material provides flexibility and resistance to chipping when cutting wood. Side-set, ground teeth and 5 mm tooth spacing deliver efficient, fast cutting of coarse and green wood while helping to reduce binding. The 240 mm length and 1.5 mm thickness offer a balance between reach and stability for straight or curved cuts in logs and branches up to 190 mm diameter.

How to use

Install the Bosch S 1531 L jigsaw blade according to the jigsaw manufacturer's instructions, ensuring secure clamping. Select appropriate speed and feed for coarse or green wood to avoid excessive splintering. Support the workpiece firmly and guide the saw steadily along the cut. Replace the blade when cutting performance decreases or teeth show visible wear.

Recommendations

Use this blade only for wood applications specified (coarse wood, pruning green wood, firewood) with diameters below 190 mm. Avoid cutting materials containing nails or other metals. Match blade installation to the jigsaw's blade mounting system and select operating speeds suited for HCS blades to extend blade life.
