Bosch 2 608 900 047 Acessório de lixagem 1 unid.

EXPERT Sanding Plate for Long Life Sanding Multi Material is a 90 mm sander accessory compatible with Bosch oscillating multitools. It is designed to reach corners and work on surfaces that are difficult to access with conventional sanders or by hand, enabling removal of old materials and preparation of substrates for further work.

Advantages

The sanding plate uses open, coarse grains for aggressive material removal while resisting rapid clogging, which helps extend sanding life on challenging substrates. Multiple grit options (RT2, RT4, RT6, RT10) allow selection of the appropriate abrasive for mortar, adhesive, paint or wood. Its 90 mm width provides a balance between reach and control when working in confined spaces.

Suitable for

• Removing mortar from behind tiles
• Removing carpet adhesive and other strong glues
• Removing thick paint and preparing painted surfaces
• Rough shaping and final sanding of wood

How to use

Fit the sanding plate to a compatible Bosch oscillating multitool according to the tool manufacturer’s instructions. Choose the grit suitable for the task (RT2 for heavy mortar and adhesive removal, RT4 for thick paint, RT6 for paint work, RT10 for final wood sanding). Work with steady, controlled passes, allowing the abrasive to do the cutting without excessive pressure. Keep the plate moving to avoid gouging and check the work frequently to assess progress and change to a finer grit if needed.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment (safety glasses, dust mask, hearing protection) and ensure the multitool is disconnected from power while changing accessories. For best results on wood, finish with RT10; for heavy material removal start with RT2 and progress to finer grits as required.
