Braço de monitor up up Contrabalanço interativo económico para monitor único VESA 75x75 / 100x100

The up up Economical Interactive Counterbalance Monitor Arm for Single Monitor is a mounting solution designed for flexible ergonomic placement of flat-panel displays compatible with VESA 75x75 and 100x100 patterns. This single-arm monitor bracket uses a counterbalance mechanism to provide smooth height adjustment and stable positioning without complex gas-spring servicing. It enables tilt and swivel movement so you can set the screen angle and viewing height for improved comfort at office desks, home workstations and shared workspaces.

Advantages

The arm delivers controlled, balanced movement that keeps the display steady at the chosen position. It supports a compact footprint on the desk and reduces cable strain through integrated routing options. Constructed for everyday office and home use, the design prioritizes simple adjustment, consistent tilt and swivel range, and compatibility with common VESA mounting standards. The economical counterbalance system requires minimal maintenance while offering reliable positioning over time.

• Home desks and study areas where ergonomic height and tilt adjustment is needed
• Shared workspaces and hot-desking environments that require fast repositioning
• Environments using monitors with VESA 75x75 or 100x100 mounting patterns

Key specifications

• Adjustments: height adjustment via interactive counterbalance, tilt and swivel movement
• Installation: clamp or through-desk fixing options depending on desk thickness
• Intended display type: flat-panel monitors designed for VESA mounting

How to use

Attach the bracket plate to the monitor using the VESA mounting holes and secure according to the display manufacturer’s instructions. Place the screen on the arm and balance the counterbalance mechanism as needed so the monitor remains stable at different heights. Use the tilt and swivel joints to set the optimal viewing angle, and route cables along the arm to maintain a tidy workspace.

Recommendations

Use monitors within the arm’s supported weight range and verify the desk mounting is secure before adjusting. Periodically check fasteners and cable routing. For optimal ergonomics, position the top third of the screen at or slightly below eye level and maintain a comfortable viewing distance.
