Broca de martelo Bosch Expert SDS Max-8X 1,6 cm

The Bosch Expert SDS Max-8X hammer drill bit, diameter 1.6 cm, is designed for SDS max rotary hammers and intended for heavy-duty drilling in concrete and reinforced concrete. Its full-carbide, single-piece 4-cutter head improves impact resistance and reduces jamming, offering extended service life for professional construction tasks such as installing heavy anchors or working with rebar.

Advantages

The full-carbide head made from a single piece of material provides high wear resistance and minimises breakage at impact. The advanced 4-cutter geometry maintains drilling efficiency over prolonged use and reduces the need for frequent accessory changes. Compatibility with SDS max rotary hammers ensures stable connection and reliable power transfer for demanding jobs.

Suitable for

• Drilling holes in reinforced concrete
• Installing heavy-duty anchors and bolts
• Extending or anchoring rebar
• Professional construction and demolition work requiring SDS max rotary hammers

Key specifications

How to use

Fit the drill bit into the SDS max chuck of a compatible rotary hammer until it locks. Select the hammer drilling mode and start at low speed to position the bit, then increase to the recommended operating speed for your tool and material. Apply steady pressure without forcing the bit; allow the carbide head to cut and clear debris frequently to avoid overheating. Withdraw periodically to remove dust and check progress.

Recommendations

Use the Bosch Expert SDS Max-8X with a rotary hammer appropriate for SDS max bits. Wear eye, ear and respiratory protection when drilling concrete. For best life and performance, avoid excessive lateral force and clear dust from the hole regularly. Replace the bit when cutting efficiency significantly decreases.
