Broca de martelo SDS max Bosch 2608900235 22 x 600 mm

The Bosch SDS max hammer drill bit 22 x 600 mm is a long-reach rotary hammer accessory designed for drilling deep holes and light chiseling in concrete, masonry and other hard construction materials. Manufactured to fit SDS max rotary hammers, this 22 mm diameter, 600 mm length drill bit provides the reach required for tasks such as through-drilling, anchor installation and reinforcement work while maintaining tool compatibility and stable performance on heavy-duty job sites.

Advantages

This SDS max drill bit combines a robust carbide tip and a reinforced shank geometry to resist wear and deliver consistent drilling accuracy in reinforced concrete and masonry. The extended 600 mm length reduces the need for extensions or multiple passes, while the SDS max connection ensures secure retention and efficient impact energy transfer from the rotary hammer to the bit. Materials and heat treatment are chosen to balance toughness and durability for frequent professional use.

Suitable for

• Drilling deep holes in concrete for anchors and through-holes
• Installation of reinforcement dowels and rebar positioning
• Core-start and long-reach drilling in masonry and stone
• Renovation and construction tasks requiring extended reach

Key specifications

• Diameter: 22 mm
• Overall length: 600 mm
• Shank type: SDS max compatible
• Tip material: carbide for improved wear resistance
• Intended material: concrete, reinforced concrete, masonry, natural stone

How to use

Secure the drill bit into an SDS max rotary hammer according to the tool manufacturer’s instructions until it locks in place. Select the rotary hammer mode suitable for drilling (rotary with impact) and set an appropriate drilling speed. Begin drilling with steady, even pressure; avoid forcing the bit. For deep holes, periodically withdraw the bit to remove dust and improve drilling efficiency. If encountering reinforcement, use controlled pressure and, if necessary, change to a suitable rebar-cutting accessory. After use, clean the flutes and tip of dust and debris and store the bit in a dry place to prevent corrosion.

Recommendations

Use compatible SDS max rotary hammers with adequate impact energy for 22 mm drilling in concrete. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment—safety glasses, hearing protection and dust mask—and follow site safety rules. For best results in reinforced concrete, combine with gradual drilling and regular dust extraction to extend bit life and maintain hole accuracy.
