Bucha Fischer 53264

The Fischer 53264 screw anchor is a robust wall plug engineered for secure fastening in solid masonry such as brick and concrete. With a length of 50 mm and designed for an 8 mm drill hole diameter, it provides firm anchoring for fixtures that require reliable load-bearing capacity. Supplied in packs of 50 pieces, this wall plug is suited to both professional building tasks and larger DIY projects where multiple fixings are needed. The specified minimum drill hole depth of 60 mm supports appropriate embedment and stable performance when installed correctly.

Advantages

This wall plug offers consistent expansion behavior in solid base materials and a reliable grip under shear and tensile loads. The 50 mm length and optimized geometry ensure sufficient penetration and distribution of forces within the masonry. Delivered in bulk packs, the product reduces the need for frequent reordering on larger jobs and supports efficient installation workflows. Materials and design aim to provide durable mechanical performance for common indoor and outdoor fixing tasks.

Suitable for

• Fixing shelves, cabinets, and brackets to brick or concrete walls
• Mounting light to medium-weight fixtures such as radiators, conduit clips, and signage supports
• New construction and renovation projects requiring repeated identical anchor points
• Projects that require pack quantities for multiple fastenings

Key specifications

• Anchor length: 50 mm
• Drill hole diameter: 8 mm
• Recommended minimum drill hole depth: 60 mm
• Pack quantity: 50 pieces
• Intended base materials: solid masonry (brick, concrete)

How to use

Drill an 8 mm diameter hole to a depth of at least 60 mm in the chosen masonry substrate. Clean the hole of dust and debris before inserting the wall plug to ensure full engagement. Insert the plug flush with the surface, then drive the appropriate screw into the plug until the fixture is secured and the plug expands within the hole. Observe recommended torque limits for the chosen screw size to avoid over-tightening, which can reduce anchor performance.

Recommendations

Verify base material suitability and drilling depth before starting installation. For hollow or weak substrates, use anchors designed specifically for those conditions. When installing load-bearing items, follow applicable building standards and use appropriate screws matched to the plug diameter and material.
