How to use

Unscrew the 1/4" screw on the plate to attach it to the camera's tripod thread, then tighten securely but without over-torquing. Slide or lock the plate into the Quick Release slot on the GorillaPod 3K tripod head according to the tripod head's locking mechanism. Verify the plate is seated and the camera is stable before use.
